OPA Board of Directors discusses the wording for the referendum question on space needs construction. Interesting and informative discussion, but no final wording was approved. Board did vote to have Dave Ferguson go back to Design Atlantic and obtain updated estimates on building construction costs. One director suggested the latest costs could approach $5.5 million for the new building and rehab of the existing community hall.
