Worcester County Commissioners meeting of 4/5/2005. Video segment covers discussion of YMCA hooking into the Ocean Pines sewer service plant. Somewhat heated discussion between Tom Cetola and others over the need for changes proposed by the Comprehensive Plan Committee.
Cetola correctly argued that the connections for the YMCA, the Chamber of Commerce, and certain Steen properties were to be transferred from OPA as a result of a prior referendum in Ocean Pines. This, he said, makes the connections a part of the original Ocean Pines Service Area and not part of an Expanded Ocean Pines Service Area.
