First item is motion to change the previously created ad hoc committee for ARC overview from three board members to a broader group. Motion was passed with two abstentions - Skip Carey and Mark Venit. Carey abstained as he arrived late and did not hear all the discussion.

The ad hoc ARC Committee will be comprised of Skip Carey as chairman, a member of the ARC staff, a builder, a realtor, and one or two members of the community at large.

The other announcement was about OPA hosting a Greater Ocean City Economic Council meeting at the Yacht Club on April 6, 2005.
