Ocean Pines resident Bill Rakow discusses house height regulations in Ocean Pines with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). ARC currently allows a maximum height of 35 feet, but has allowed exceptions. Rakow is seeking more leeway in granting of exceptions for home heights -- up to about 39 feet. After Rakow's presentation ARC agreed to address the issue at a subsequent meeting.
