Worcester County Commissioners discuss and pass a proposal by Bud Church to create a citizens wastewater advisory committee for Mystic Harbor. This would be similar to the one at Ocean Pines. Exchange includes some somewhat heated discussion between Church and Judy Boggs. The proposal was passed but the door was left open for possible future elimination of all such committees or creation of a single committee for the county. Tom Cetola correctly pointed out these committees introduce another level of bureaucracy.
