County Commissioner Virgil Shockley speaks to the Worcester County Democratic Club at the Ocean Pines Community Hall on 1/27/2005. Shockley's topic was the county budget, now at about $127 million. His talk was informative and entertaining, a real accomplishment on something as dry as a budget.
