Video: Cook on Financial Reports
OPA Director Heather Cook introduced a motion at the 11/3/2004 Board of Directors meeting to have a "bottom-line" financial report provided to association members at least two times a year. This would be in addition to any other information made available by the board.

This is an excellent idea and Cook should be applauded by everyone in the community. The board, however, did not seem overly enthusiastic about her proposal and it was sent to Dave Ferguson and Administration for further study, with a report due back at next board meeting.

It remains to be seen if the board will approve distribution of actual "bottom-line" numbers for each department/amenity as Cook suggested.
