Joe, We are so pleased that you have received this honor. As president of Worcester County Veterans Memorial at Ocean Pines, the foundation has asked you several times for help with this project, including videotaping all of our major ceremonies, posting notices about upcoming events, providing an aerial photograph of the Memorial that we use in all of our literature, and creation and hosting of our web site www.OPVETS.com. You were instrumental in the construction of the Memorial and you were an active member of the committee. Hat's off to you! You have always been there for the Veterans Memorial and the community, and we thank you! Sharyn O'Hare '
