For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Considering you extensive background (fishing, journalism, photography, etc.) how did you happen to end up in Ocean Pines? We had a weekend home in Mystic Harbor back in 1976. They went bankrupt. Family always liked OC. I liked the offshore fishing. 1989 we sat on a bulkhead on an empty lot in OP and watched an incredible sunset. Decided to buy. Started out as second home. Eventually decided to make OP our full-time residence. Moved in late December 1989. Every day can bring a new and beautiful view.
