Parks is not a board member. You specifically mentioned board members as though they were currently active on the hate site. 

I’ve also received screenshots confirming that, as of this morning, Doug Parks, Elaine Brady, and Esther Diller (spouse of Board member Stuart Lakernick) remain members. Additionally, Election Chair Steve Ransdell is listed as a member.

Being a "member" is not a problem, per se. I believe the site is open for anyone to read, member or not.

That said, as I wrote previously, board members and committee members who were visibly active there in the past and now say they only "Liked" non-hate posts are kidding themselves. They gave the site a measure of respectability, or whatever one chooses to call it.

One incredible aspect of someone attacking women in Ocean Pines on that hate site involved a woman doing so - a woman who is an elected member of the Worcester County Republican Central Committee.

Although I do not visit the site in question due to its offensive nature (and the admin has blocked me), 

If blocked, then you too must have been a member at one time.
