For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: And then reinventing it when the original became part of the other "driveway newspaper"(the details of that transaction I can't remember). Tom sold the Independent to Gannett around 1999. I heard around $400,000 and he invested in OP homes. He had a five-year non-compete and then came out with the Progress in 2004. His primary residence for last five or more years was a condo in Arizona. I hear he actually became president of the condo association. |
