As is true for most organizations, especially HOAs perhaps, there is very little institutional memory.

For example, we hear talk of "divisive" boards. In general, the actual "working" meaning of a divisive board is one where one or more board members does not agree with the sitting board majority. BigGrin

As well - an election where some candidate may not agree with past actions of the sitting board majority.

Below is an image from 2004. It represents this commentator's vote for the most divisive board since 1989.
