| I support the referendum and I think it will pass by a wide margin. That said, I believe OPA leadership has a good story to tell about strategies to pay for it and, in response to a question from the audience at the recent town hall, OPA said they would include info on how they plan on covering their share of the cost in the ballot materials. What happened? | ||||||
