Hey Joe - Association members will have the ability to vote either using the electronic version if they have an updated email on file, or simply wait for the paper ballot (which I know you love). Same process as last year. Goal is to encourage the greatest number of members to cast their ballot. We can't control how quick, or not, the paper ballots arrive to homeowners. If members vote online and then forget and submit a paper ballot, the system won't accept the duplicate ballot. I voted in about 30 seconds today on my Iphone and received a verification. It may not be for everyone, but we provide options. They do have the ability to audit the electronic process as I know that's a concern of yours.
