The County was never gonna take ownership of OPA roads, even if the sub-base was done to Interstate standards.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Come on. The point is the County was paying for the maintenance of our roads. The roads would have, as I believe I said, turned over to the county. The county would own the road. Marty |
