For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, As you know I hold you in high regard, you are a great American but as the adage goes, curiosity killed the cat. But since you asked (and only you asked), I filed my papers Thursday to run again. I eagerly await certification of my application by Secretary John Latham, who by the way is also a great American.
