For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yeah Paul, I’m pretty sure Joe already checked on the modern day definition , the idea was likely to start a conversation about them. I have been to company gatherings where they did team building exercises at escape rooms, I never went because “afterwork exercises” are not my thing. Team building can be done during the workday. Many of the people who attended said they had fun….. still not sure exactly what they did and I didn’t see any improved teamwork afterword but maybe I’m excluded since I didn’t participate |
