For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Unfortunately, the only person who can give any credible answers to your questions would be Matt Ortt himself and he doesn't appear to be talking. Maybe the BOD or OPA management could shed some light on the subject but it appears that they are not talking either. Unbelievable! Indeed. I would hazard a guess that any public comments from either side are not forthcoming for fear of legal action by the other side. Who suffers in the long run? Association members. Maybe I am missing something, but it is rather obvious OPA and TOI would prefer Ortt to exit agreeably in the near term. Why Ortt insists on staying until the end of April does not appear to benefit Ortt and certainly prevents TOI from accessing the facilities until May 1. Perhaps Ed Moran is correct. |
