For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The har-true courts cost over 200K when I moved them from the spot across from the Yacht Club to where they are now. Part of that cost was the procedure to lower the water table in several spots to allow the installation. That condition still bites the association on those original hard surface courts with their infernal cracks which probably never be solved. Blame Mother Nature. And before you say once again that I put something over on the association, the swap was mutually agreed upon. |
