I am very sorry for offending you but how do you know it was not? It actually was! ONLY in Ocean Pines would a company come in not 110% prepared for EVERYTHING they do to be checked, checked, and rechecked and then sent to a contractor to check then a Lawyer
If I was to contract work Ocean Pines I would FOR sure have a Iron Clad contract written by Clarence Thomas ! Just messing JOE |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: ONLY in Ocean Pines! Your sarcasm is unwarranted in this case. The contract wording in the contract supports the OPA position. Seems to me it is a good contract for OPA and association members. Your sarcasm should be directed at Republic Services and their failure to communicate with their employees in the field. |
