For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'd suggest the kinds of financial stuff discussed in 2022 by Ken -- Msg# 1152245 1152212 , 1152245 1152263 That's along the same lines as earlier suggestion: would be interesting to see comparison to recent annual net operating profit for 3 yrs of history. And effects on depreciation, and the old repair costs to be avoided in the future. Is this all or part in-house or contractor? And $$$ estimates for in-house &/or outside contractors PS Some data, (not necessarily all) would be better than none.
