For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes however today we have early voting throughout the Country and I believe those signs fall within those windows for the Presidential election. The law says: (i) 30 days before the primary election, general election, or vote on the proposition; and (ii) 7 days after the primary election, general election, or vote on the proposition. I see no reference to first day of early voting. As for your comment about throughout the country, the law above is a Maryland law. |
