For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: OPA still cannot get the sound right in the Golf Clubhouse for board meetings. My hearing is certainly not the best, but there are obvious problems, problems made crystal clear at one point in the meeting. That was when board member Monica Rakowski, participating remotely via Microsoft Teams, gave her financial report. Until then, it wasn't easy to hear speakers in the front of the room. When Monica gave her report she was crystal clear with the sound of her voice coming from the numerous speakers in the ceiling. The difference in the sound was astonishing. Also, board members sometimes forget to turn on their mics or do not have them close enough to their mouths. Voices of board members in the room do not seem to be coming out of the ceiling speakers. In today's world, good audio in a room like the clubhouse meeting room should not be a problem. |
