Of course not. What about a flag saying “Mark Mitchell for OPA Board?” Or “Eat at Jake’s Diner?” Flags can be signs. noun

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I still have not seen any restrictions on flags. Your recent post was about removal of flags and signs, but I've found nothing banning flags. and I can't imagine OPA trying to prevent someone from flying the American flag. |
