![]() ![]() Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Pickleballers on Parade Msg# 1201021

Accusations??? The statement was “we are concerned that the building may not be safe due to a potential mold/mildew issue behind the walls”. Considering the building is serviced by three different HVAC units, the age of the structure, our high humidity, and issues other buildings have had in the past, OPA is wise to check this out before spending money in renovations. Shutting down the entire racquet center to investigate could be viewed as a retaliatory action given that an outside attendant could be set up as has been done many times in the past.
As for misinformation, there appears to be a fair share of it. Apparently, at the March RSAC meeting, with Doug Parks and Rick Farr in attendance, once again the Committee made it very clear that they did not recommend in February, nor do they now, only having the option to join an all inclusive three sport membership. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: At least one individual at the Racquet Center says there is no record of any employee illness from working in the Racquet Sports building and the individual offers to speak to the Board of Directors about misinformation being spread in Russel's novella. |
