How do you know it is not necessary when you don't know the issues the contract is designed to address?
I try to pay attention, for starters. Did you even stop to think about the issue before responding? Please explain to me how any change to the existing longterm agreement could be better for OPA than not having an obligation to pay one cent. Maybe you know something I don’t. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Finally, there was a discussion of some sort of a new contract between OPA and OPVFD. That is not necessary. How do you know it is not necessary when you don't know the issues the contract is designed to address? |
