I am reminded as well of association member Frank Brown who was very instrumental in the background working tirelessly with Viola in bringing the new clubhouse to fruition. He is currently volunteering his professional skills on other projects, all with little or no fanfare.
The Perrone board appointed Frank to temporarily fill a vacant board seat. Frank is the quintessential quiet man. Sadly he was mocked by those opposed to Perrone for not saying much during board meetings. OPA needs more Frank Browns. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In OPA, John Viola is the man valued above all others. I agree. In one Budget and Finance Committee meeting I referred to John as the “scholar with the dollar”. He jump started so many deferred maintenance projects such as drainage, the Police Station, Clubhouse, etc. Tom |
