Well, I'm sure any discharge is monitored by the state. Point is, all this stuff going on when the County said years ago the plant was only expanded to serve Ocean Pines subdivision. Sounds to me like the OP plant is sized to serve a sizable portion of the county outside Ocean Pines subdivision with plenty of connections for the future - all funded by ratepayers in OPA. |
