Dropbox is fine but it looks like it took less than five days to deliver across the country. Keep in mind, ballots placed in the dropbox still must be shipped back to Washington State. 
Also, if you have a valid email in your lot records with OPA, I hear you should receive an email stating when your return ballot is received. |
