Hi Pam. Not sure what bulkhead issue you reported but, generally speaking, bulkhead maintenance is not a CPI issue.
Perhaps a Public Works issue, or GM. Or write to the directors. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As I become more involved in the administration of OP. I have observed that many aspects of Ocean Pines By-laws and resolutions are not enforced. In fact at one Board Of Directors meeting a resident complained that he had reported a violation twice and no progress was made in addressing The problem. I hope after that meeting his issues were resolved. I myself reported to CPI with a concern regarding the bulk head and did not hear if anything was inspected. I didn’t want to start a war. I just wanted to make sure the alterations were safe. I am not sure what the point of having regulations if they are not enforced. Enforcement should be consistently enforced. |
