For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If they ever find out that I hunt both in the fall on the Susquehanna flyway and then EAT them I'll be in BIG trouble! FYI try stuffing a goose with sliced apples, pears and oranges, then put it in a brown paper bag and roast at 300 degrees for about 4 hours. The paper bag draws out a lot of the grease, learned this trick years ago from a chef. |
