Yes, those signs could have been removed from the budget and reduced the assessment by a little over a dime. Seriously, I get your point but any budget-related excess cash this year would not be considered until the next budget. That said, I was told an assessment reduction next year is a real possibility. We won't see what happens until the board gets serious about the budget in February 2024 and the conclusion of the money-making season. |
