One correction -  ARC has no authority over signs on OPA property  ARC only applies to individual owner lots.

Is Ocean Pines Association permitting these signs?  If so, do they comply with the ARC regulations, especially sections 600.1 A  and B, 600.2 C., and 600.3?  Hopefully OPA is not producing them or buying them.  So far, the count is up to at least 12 of them.  We may be setting a precedent when others want to put up there own signs for other things, e.g. deer.  I am not certain that the county would sanction these on our county roads where the signs are also being deployed.  If these sign were to be helpful, they would say “slow down and proceed slowly” so as to not cause automobile accidents and endanger humans.   You may be happy to know, the geese are diligently crossing wherever they see the signs.  I never knew they could read, let alone fly.
