I don't think there's anything in the ruling that will prevent state's from enforcing their own codes on wetlands. This was a federal case. In other words, to answer your question as to MD...little or no change. I'd like it to allow some remediation of areas in the Pines that are wet for a portion of the year and have no outlet to navigable waters but I doubt it. I have such an area in my front yard of about a trapped half acre that is an eyesore but cannot be filled by State regs. Tried and failed. | ||||||
