For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thank, Nate. When you return, run a speedtest and let me know what you get. Also, if you are streaming, let me know what what your experience is. I am looking to "cut the cable" and I'm looking for viable internet service. Comcast will be expensive, but their service has been very reliable for two years. My Comcast rates went up 30% after 2 years. But, youtubetv has gone up from $49 to $73 ($83 if you want 4K) Mediacom will offer a low price introductory internet alternative, but my experience with them has been less than stellar So I could go with Mediacom for 3 months and if they are still unreliable, go back to Comcast, but I'm looking for an altermative where I don't need to switch back and forth. |
. It took them 6 months to fix a problem and that was with a very knowledgable tech from headquarters calling me weekly.
