For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I believe that to this day, Matt Ortt and his family do not know what actually happened that night. Knowing and withholding information would be evidence tampering and he cannot use the 5th Amendment. My guess is that even the attorney of the people involved doesn't know what actually happened. |
