For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: George, if you need a memory refresh, the video is on line and I believe your comments are around minute mark 8:30. The software we used in the last election is object oriented, C# and version 11:33 and 12. That software does both OMR and OCR. Please let me know if this suffices or I can send you a screenshot. Of course I did not say we used the new software you are recommending; however I have done comparisons. |
