The following has little to do with the video, but Doug Parks persists in his ridiculous suspension of the "rules" to allow the General Manager to participate in board discussions.
The bylaws clearly state: (e) The General Manager shall attend the meetings of the Board of Directors, make recommendations to the Board, and take part in the discussion of matters coming before the Board. |
