| Jim, care to comment on the sign confiscation item in the Guidelines? It says OPA can go on private property and remove signs. Can the board turn over that sort of blanket authority to inspectors? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I’m not saying they are targeting them I was responding to a comment. If ALL unauthorized signs are confiscated or owners told to take them down, ok. If not, this is a problem. The point is that OPA is ACTIVELY policing the Justice for Gavin signs, per the comment. Are they doing the same for all? |
