| Yes, all of the sudden, ‘normal’ enforcement is back en vogue. A notice put out about the most common violations with an emphasis on unauthorized signs. I wonder if anyone has tried to get their sign approved. Besides limited political signs, has anything else been approved? I’ve seen ‘back the blue’, keep off the grass, no parking for years. Graduation/SDHS Senior signs, birthday, etc. Perhaps the new board is finally going to take ALL violations seriously. I’m willing to wait and see if it’s just a coincidence. However, my understanding is the Gavin signs are included in the recent uptick in unauthorized signs brought to their attention. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The board is already cracking down on the Gavin signs not being allowed I know of no such action or directive by the Board of Directors. What is your source for such a statement? Or are you talking about normal enforcement of OPA sign regulations? |
