You chose to make one public, word for word, and to paraphrase the other partially - for political purposes to go after Amy Peck. How can you now expect anyone to trust that anything they say to you privately will not be exposed at a board meeting? You don’t understand that is a consequence of your decision? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: First, Hoffmeister attacked board members Amy Peck and Frank Daly in public comments, publicly exposing private communication from Peck regarding former board member Esther Diller. Hoffmeister also revealed some private communication from former OPA employee Colby Phillips that was negative about Peck. Joe, I seem to agree with 90% of what you write but I have an issue with you when you continue to say I “attacked” people and exposed private conversations. Nothing on the internet is private. Actually whether you call it a DM, PM or just an IM it doesn’t mean it is private unless the person specifically asks to keep it private and off the record. What is Messenger?????
