For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: His comment was on target. Larry is not one of my all time favored directors, but hasn’t he been on the board for longer than nine months? Regardless, he also put in years on the Budget & Finance Committee. Given the circumstances, I thought his response was well written. And he has yet to stomp out of a board meeting because things did not go his way.
