His comment was on target. Larry is not one of my all time favored directors, but hasn’t he been on the board for longer than nine months? Regardless, he also put in years on the Budget & Finance Committee.
Given the circumstances, I thought his response was well written. And he has yet to stomp out of a board meeting because things did not go his way.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Much has been said about Mr. Perrone’s heavy handed management style and the last paragraph of his Email only confirms it. He mockingly says ” your brief time as a Director “ when referring to Ms. Diller’s tenure, however, it should be noted that as of today his tenure as a Director is even shorter. Marty |
