For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I've been on the fence about switching to Xfinity because I had questions that I couldn't get answered online. When I saw that Xfinity would be sending representatives out to knock on doors, I thought, that's what I need. Yesterday afternoon, an Xfinity representative did just that. We sat outside and talked. He didn't need to convince me that Mediacom is bad. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me the options with a full description of the costs, including fees and taxes. I decided to make the switch which he arranged right there. Installation is Tuesday. If you're interested in having him help you decide, you can give him a call.
