If you find where in Berlin John moved his stone oven I would love to know. John went to Burn, which is across from the Burley Oak Brewery, but that was before the pandemic. Meanwhile, the owner of Burley opened the old Globe with a new theme of brisket and other novelty foods. There is a tiki bar out back. DeNova (Becks) opened Pops on Gay Street in Berlin, with a few tables outside. You can see their place from the Globe tiki bar. Finally, Paul Suplee is expanding his Pittsville Boxcar 40 restaurant into Difebos when they close. This thread has made me hungry. Tom |
