For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: All amenities should be evaluated annually on the basis of member usage, cost and quality. Amenities should serve the greatest number of members. I recognize that some amenities are subsidized by our assessments. If elected to the Board I will work to make each fee-based amenity self-supporting, well maintained and where possible improved. What happened? |
