When I first moved down here in 98, there was a lot of news concerning eggs and how the grocers "recycled" them. If the eggs on the shelf were past the date on the carton, they would just put them in a new carton. Some of the eggs you buy could be several months old.
I remember that I did check the HOA rules to see if I could keep a couple of chickens of my own so I would know for sure how old the eggs were. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Keeping chickens is very trendy right now, an urban chicken movement for keeping chickens in cities and residential neighborhoods...you should see the designs of some of the chicken coops. I don't care what the design of the coop looks like, what comes out of it is still a chicken. |
