If the board budget review is a joke does it follow that the board is also a joke?? Well, I catch flak from some quarters about my use of descriptive words. I'm sure "joke" is one of them. No, I don't believe the board as an entity is a joke. The budget review process is a bit of a joke in my view, and I've sat through at least seven of them. |
