What law? OPA's DRs are not laws. The DRs are not enforceable by police except by a court order after a court decision and refusal by the losing side to comply. I thought that the OPA Police could enforce the County laws which restrict parking on streets. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think this is one of those laws that give the police flexibility to use when needed. What law? OPA's DRs are not laws. The DRs are not enforceable by police except by a court order after a court decision and refusal by the losing side to comply. The OPA police may hav etold those people to relocate their cars but I'd bet there was no citation issued, and there will not be. |
