If the definition of vehicle you quoted is applicable to OPA's DRs, then OPA has the absolute right to regulate any trailer with load capacity of 1 ton or greater, including boat trailers and box trailers under the vehicle definition. The 1990 DR change states: "8 A (o). No vehicle shall be parked on any street in the subdivision. No vehicle, with a load capacity of one (1) ton or greater, including but not limited to commercial trucks, trailer trucks, and buses shall be parked or stored overnight or longer on any lot in the Section or Subdivision in such a manner as to be visible to the occupants of other lots in the Section or Subdivision or the users of any street, waterway or golf course within the Section or Subdivision, unless the prior written approval of the Committee has been obtained." |

(a) In general.- (1) "Vehicle " means, except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, any device in, on, or by which any individual or property is or might be transported or towed on a highway. (2) "Vehicle" includes a low speed vehicle and an off-highway recreational vehicle. (b) Exceptions.- "Vehicle" does not include an electric personal assistive mobility device as defined in § 21-101(j) of this article. |
